Welcome to ‘R’ Wellness. Born from my transformation journey in Fort Lauderdale, I discovered the incredible benefits of the Lymphatic Mechanical Massage - Roll Shaper device.
The Roll Shaper is an innovative device that is designed to perform mechanical body massage. It focuses on external stimulation to promote health and wellness. By empowering gentle pressure and the smooth movement of wooden rollers equipped with protrusions, it offers a unique and effective method for stimulating lymph flow, improving blood circulation and enhancing the body’s immunity.
Using this device gave me "Renewed" energy. The benefits of this modality had my skin tighter and glowing, my body leaner and stronger. I had felt such balance and gratitude.
Upon returning home, I started to feel congested, both physically and mentally. Brain fog started to roll in and the aversion to activity was quickly taking over my efforts to push forward. I searched for the Roll Shaper device everywhere. Unsuccessful in finding it in Ohio, I became inspired!
I took this as an opportunity to take a proactive approach to becoming my own health advocate of wellness. This method was easy, preventative in nature and allowed me to be in control of my own personal self-care. My experience inspired me to create a space where others can learn, grow and "Reclaim" their wellbeing.

I stopped by “R” Wellness to see what it was about, as I typically enjoy a deep tissue massage, but scheduling and time constraints made it difficult to always get one when I wanted one. I was intrigued by the contactless massage offered by “R” Wellness. After talking to Hollie who explained what the contactless massage machines offered and were all about, I decided to try it out. It was amazing, the machine worked on my shoulders, arms, hands, back, thighs, calf’s and feet and more! I will definitely be back and I love the flexibility to be able to go there on my schedule.
